Lovely staff and brilliant location in the mountains, everything was spotless. Location: the hotel was so close to pure nature, free guided hikes and the surrounding area. Natters district was definitely worth visiting. I greatly enjoyed the vegetarian cuisine served in the lakeside restaurant. Had a fab stay during holidays, will choose the place for future trips.

We booked a beautifully maintained and tidy room with a clean bathroom and a complete kitchen.

We were given a guest room on arrival, it was huge. Stunning and amazing location ready to pay for the taxi made it easy to get to key attractions.

Convenient location with onsite parking. The room was comfy, with a spacious bed, and the bathroom was super clean. 👍

The staff and facilities here were great, and having a kitchen was a definite bonus; the district of Natters is definitely worth checking out.

The apartment provided ample space for our family of five, with sufficient kitchen amenities. The free bus to Innsbruck was convenient and regular. The peaceful and clean surroundings offered breathtaking views, and despite a lot of guests, it never felt crowded. The playground and outdoor trails kept the kids entertained.

Felt good, no reason to complain.

This family-friendly hotel has friendly staff and comfortable rooms with convenient amenities like coffee/tea making machines and a fridge, and the lakeside restaurant is perfect for breakfast.

I had a cool room with a complete kitchen, excellent heating, and a big comfortable bed. The hotel is just a short distance from free buses that can take you into the city and to nature.

Great location if you are there in the summer. The views were beautiful and it wasn't that far from Innsbruck. The quality of the wash block rivals hotels complete with music in the showers. The campsite bar is swankier than some city bars. Excellent views of the surrounding mountains. Broad range of activities. The living spaces are stylish and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Clean facilities. Amazing breakfast. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this mountain retreat was absolutely incredible! The new sleeping barrels were mind-blowingly cute and comfortable, and the breathtaking backdrop of the Austrian mountains made waking up every morning a jaw-dropping experience. The on-site shower, toilet, and washing up facilities were top-notch and out of this world, ensuring maximum convenience and comfort. We couldn't resist visiting the lakeside restaurant, where we enjoyed the most fantastic pizza with exceptional customer service. The location itself was AMAZING, and we can't wait to return year after year. We have already recommended this hidden gem to our loved ones, and we know they'll have the best vacation ever. The Wood Lodge we stayed in was perfect for our winter getaway, providing a cozy and warm atmosphere with its beautiful wooden furniture and furs. The cabin's glass front wall allowed us to soak in stunning views of the forest both day and night. The free cable car and bus service was a super useful perk, allowing us to explore the surrounding area without any hassle. We can't wait to come back in the summer and experience Ferienparadies Natterer See all over again.

The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly. The accommodation was top class - comfortable, spacious, and in a lovely spot on the site. The location was idyllic, surrounded by snow-capped peaks.

The breakfast options were very limited for the price charged. It was a bit misleading that some amenities were not open during the off-season, and it should be made clear what is available when.
